Outcast No More // Sermon at Beeson Divinity School Chapel

Updated: Jan 11, 2023

Our lives should embody God's character.

Here's a recent sermon preached in Hodges Chapel at Beeson Divinity School. The Chapel is a rich and beautiful place of Christian worship, and I was honored to have the opportunity to preach there. The sermon was on 2 Samuel 14:1-21, which is a passage focused on David's responsibility (and reluctance) to seek reconciliation with his rebel son Absalom.

"But God will not take away life, and he devises means so that the banished one will not remain an outcast." -2 Samuel 14:14
