Dr. Matt O'Reilly is Lead Pastor of Christ Church Birmingham in Alabama, a fellow of the Center for Pastor Theologians, and Director of Research at Wesley Biblical Seminary where he offers leadership in the doctoral program and teaches New Testament, preaching, and pastoral ministry.
A two-time recipient of the John Stott Award for Pastoral Engagement, Matt is author of Paul and the Resurrected Body, The Letters to the Thessalonians, and Bless the Nations. His essays have appeared in both scholarly and popular-level publications, and he speaks regularly at churches and conference gatherings.
