Dr. Matt O'Reilly has nearly 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry and more than 10 years of experience teaching pastoral leadership and biblical interpretation in seminary contexts. A two-time winner of the Stott Award for Pastoral Engagement, he's helped countless aspiring pastors clarify their sense of calling and prepare for effective ministry. Matt is the author of three books and dozens of articles focused on ministry development, leadership, and preaching. As a fellow of the Center for Pastor Theologians, he's committed to equipping pastors to be leaders in today's complex world.
